(三)单鞭
上体后坐,身体左后转,重心逐渐移至左腿;左腿屈膝,右脚内扣踏实,右腿微直;同时两掌由前向左弧形平抹至身体左侧方,掌心仍向下,掌指向左,高与肩平;眼看左前方。(图25、26)

【错误与纠正】
①错误:转腰与重心的移动不协调。纠正:当重心移动的同时,转腰带臂运行。
②错误:重心起伏较大。纠正:重心前移时,后支撑腿重心高度保持不变。
