3　General Requirements

3.0.1　The quantity，quality and supply conditions of raw material and fuels shall be determined according to the requirement of this code in the design of coking technology.

3.0.2　The coke oven type and oven numbers shall be determined according to construction scale，construction condition，coal resource，technical equipment level and cokemaking process，etc..
