1　General Provision

1.0.1　This code is stipulated with a view to implement the national technical and economic policies，unify and standardize the plant process design technology requirements of metallurgical concentrator in the design，as well as to improve design quality and promote technological progress，in order to fully achieve utilization of mineral resources and ensure reasonable economy，environment protection，energy saving and safe production.

1.0.2　The code is applicable to the design of green field，modification and expansion construction of metallurgical concentrator project.

1.0.3　The metallurgical concentrator design shall be based on national conditions，actively and steadily adopt advanced technology from home and abroad as well as mature and reliable new process，new equipments and new materials.

1.0.4　Metallurgical concentrator design shall comply with not only the requirements stipulated in this code，but also those in the current relevant national standard.
