·排骨汆一下,可去除血水和肉腥味。
制作过程
1 把排骨剁成大小均匀的小块,洗干净后汆一下。青、红彩椒去蒂,切成大小均匀的块。菠萝切成大小均匀的小块。
2 炒锅中倒入色拉油,烧到七成热时放入番茄酱和白糖翻炒。
3 待白糖溶化后,将排骨块放入锅中,使排骨块均匀地裹上酱汁。
4 放入白醋,翻炒几下。
5 放入青、红彩椒块,再放入菠萝块,翻炒均匀,撒上盐,盖上锅盖,焖熟即可。
用料
排骨 2根
番茄酱 200g
白糖 100g
白醋 50ml
青、红彩椒 各50g
菠萝 200g
盐 5g
色拉油 30ml
