S3 One Zone-Infrequent Access

The S3 One Zone IA option is intended for the same purpose as the S3 IA, but is more suitable for data that does not require the same high availability as with S3 Standard and S3 IA. Since it is delivered within one zone with 99.99% durability in the AZ, the destruction of an availability zone will cause the data to be lost. Due to the data being tied to one AZ, the availability is also reduced to 99.5% for a given year. But the benefit of the One Zone IA is that it can deliver a 20% saving over using S3 IA replicated across multiple zones. This is a really good option when we have data that can be easily reproduced or is already replicated to multiple regions, and a loss of an AZ within one region will not affect the complete loss of data as it can be recreated or re-replicated.
