Challenges cited in setting up agile test COEs

While there has been an increase in the use of agile/DevOps life cycles, there has been an increase in challenges cited as well. The top three challenges in setting up an agile Test COE, as cited by participants, include the following:

• Necessity to colocate the team that denies cost savings
• Independent test vendors’ unwillingness to pair up testers with developers
• Agile being used as an excuse to not have documentation
